Klar.Wowk

Knowing that many of life’s most memorable moments take place around a table, Noah Klar and Peter Wowk decided to devote their talents exclusively to contemporary steel-and-hardwood table design and fabrication. (Fittingly, the designers came up with this strategy while sitting at a table.)

Since starting shop, Klar Wowk has created designs that appeal to a variety of sensibilities, including a minimalist black oak table and a Parsons-esque walnut piece. Our favourite: a walnut tabletop set on a blackened steel trestle base. The pair offers free consultations for both custom work and limited production runs, with all designs handcrafted in downtown Toronto.
